4. Data collection on our website
a) Automatically collected data
When you visit our website, our IT systems automatically collect the following data:
- Browser type/browser version
- Operating system used
- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- IP address
The collection is based on our legitimate interest in ensuring the technical operation and optimization of the website (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

6. Newsletter
We use Sendinblue to send our newsletter. When you subscribe, we collect your email address and other voluntary information. The double opt-in procedure is used. The legal basis for the processing of your data is therefore your express consent. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. The data is stored in Germany and is not passed on to third parties.
7. Applications
In the context of job applications, we process your data for the purpose of deciding on an employment relationship in accordance with Section 26 BDSG, Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR. After completion of the application process, the data will be deleted after six months, unless you expressly agree to be included in our applicant pool or there are legal retention obligations.
8. Online meetings and appointment booking
We use Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Bookings for video and audio conferences and appointment bookings. The provider is Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052-6399, USA. Processing is carried out for the purpose of initiating and executing contracts or on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 (1) (b)/(f) GDPR). The data is transmitted in encrypted form and is generally stored in the EEA; EU standard contractual clauses are used for transfers to third countries. 9. Service Management
We use Jira Service Management from Atlassian Pty Ltd to process service and complaint requests. Data is stored on servers in the EEA (Germany) and data transmission is TLS-encrypted. Your service email, device serial numbers, error description, and case number are processed. When using Jira Service Management, your service and support data may, in exceptional cases, be transferred to servers in third countries (e.g., the USA) for technical support services. Atlassian uses the EU standard contractual clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection. 10. CRM system Salesforce
We use the CRM system Salesforce (Salesforce.com Germany GmbH, Erika-Mann-Str. 31, 80636 Munich) to manage and process customer inquiries, business partner data, and to document communication. The following data is processed: contact details, communication content, system and usage data. Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. b and f GDPR (contract fulfillment and legitimate interest). The data is generally stored on servers in the European Economic Area. Transfer to third countries (e.g., the USA) cannot be ruled out in the context of support services, but will only take place in compliance with the EU standard contractual clauses. The data will be deleted once the purpose has been fulfilled and in accordance with the statutory retention obligations.
11. Analysis tools & advertising
a) Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google Inc.). These services use cookies to evaluate the use of the website. IP anonymization is activated. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR, § 25 TTDSG).
b) Google Analytics Remarketing, AdWords & Conversion Tracking
Functions of Google Analytics Remarketing, Google AdWords, and conversion tracking are used for personalized advertisements. Individual settings and options for objection can be found in the Google account settings or via the links provided.
c) Google Fonts
For a uniform and appealing display of fonts, this website uses Google Fonts, which are integrated exclusively locally on our web server. When you visit our pages, no personal data such as your IP address or browser information is transmitted to Google servers. No data is transferred to third parties, in particular to third countries, in this context.
d) LinkedIn Insight Tag & Social Plugins
We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag and LinkedIn Social Plugins to analyze website visitors and conversion events and for target group-specific advertising.
